State-of-the-Art, Kid-Friendly, Kid-Challenging Facility
Our brand new 3,500 square food facility is designed for kids with special training circuits, treadmills, ellipticals - even a SportsWall and a Treadwall. We are the only youth fitness facility on the East Coast with a SportsWall to help kids develop better hand-eye coordination.

Youth Movement Fitness offers a broad range of exercise and fitness programs designed especially for kids, like strength training. Strength training for kids is not about building mass or lifting the heaviest weight possible. It is about improving muscle strength and endurance through the use of the proper free weights, resistance bands and good technique. That's what we offer at Youth Movement Fitness.

Our SportWall helps improve aerobic fitness, core muscle strength, hand-eye coordination and sports and learning skills. Our TreadWall also improves the strength of the climbing muscles in the upper body and improves balance, and joint flexibility, as well as helping improve self-esteem by increasing fitness levels and strength. It's an important cross-training boost for sports that emphasize forearm strength, such as baseball, swimming and tennis, and leg strength , such as basketball and football.
